In the
past couple of years, Bakersfield has become inundated with
new home builders. As a result of this, the choice for new
home buyers seems to be endless. With all the builders clamoring
for their piece of the pie, it makes for extremely indecisive
buyers.
Both the
tract and semi-custom builders are competing more than ever.
But in the end, quality and trust seem to be the deciding
factors when buying a new home. It's knowing that the builder
you bought your home from is still there after the sale, along
with a local interest and tie to the community now and in
the future.
At Lenox
Homes, home buyers can be assured of buying from a local experienced
builder who will be here long after you buy your new home.
A company that is committed to upholding the value in neighborhoods
or developments. That has dedicated employees that not only
work for the company but live in Lenox neighborhoods themselves.
It is
this commitment to their customers, the community, and their
employees that gives new home buyers piece of mind when buying
a new home. Whether you're a first time buyer, moving up,
or downsizing, each and every home buyer becomes a part of
the Lenox Family of Homes.
Throughout
the past years, Lenox Homes has donated both time and money
to various philanthropic organizations within the Bakersfield
community. Including Habitat for Humanity, Alpha Canine Sanctuary,
Aids Research, Boys and Girls Club, Alliance against Family
Violence, Phoenix House, KEOCK institute for infant feeding
disorders, SPCA, the Homeless Center, and this past year St.
Jude Children's Research Hospital.
"The success
of Lenox Homes is a result of not only hard work, but the
over whelming support of this community", says Lenox Marketing
Director and Broker Linda Cates. " Dave and I are committed
to giving back to the people that have given us their trust."
"One of
the most compelling experiences was our trip to St. Jude Hospital
in Memphis last summer. Just seeing the children that the
Dream Home program helps is A moving experience", says Cates.
"It gives you a feeling of knowing that all the hard work
is truly appreciated and worth it."
For the
past 3 years Lenox Homes has become Bakersfield's #1 Local
builder. In 2006, Lenox Homes sold homes over 300 homes in
Bakersfield and Kern County. With several new developments
on the horizon, it is estimated that Lenox Homes will build
over 400 new homes in 2007. New developments in 2007 include,
Northern Lights, Winterset, Sydney Harbor, and Scottish Isles.
For further information on these new developments call the
Lenox Homes office at 665-1282.
